FAQ
Are there any costs involved?
Yes, there is a fee of US$1,900 that will be billed to your finance department.
What does the fee cover?

Accommodation for 3 nights for 1 or 2 people

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the duration of the stay

All social activities & experiences
-
Transportation to and from airports and venues
What does the fee exclude?
-
Any items of a personal nature

Any additional sightseeing activities

Pre- and post-stay accommodation
Are partners welcome to join?
Yes. Your spouse or partner is welcome to join you. They are welcome to attend all the events hosted by GHA, and we will assist with organising their leisure activities. There is no additional cost for partners sharing a room
Will I have transport for the duration of my stay should we want to travel off-site?
You will be picked up from the airport by a dedicated driver arranged by GHA. Transport to various event venues will be provided. Should you require any additional transport please let us know so that we can make arrangements
Where will we be staying?
Accommodation will be provided at Sun International - The Table Bay hotel. This will be booked by GHA and you will receive a booking confirmation letter with the details of your stay
What if I would like to stay a few nights extra, before or after the meeting?
You are welcome to extend your stay. Please contact us and we will gladly assist in arranging this for you. The cost for additional nights will be at special GHA rates with RED card benefits (space permitting)
What if I have specific dietary requirements?
Not a problem. Please let us know of any dietary requirements and we will be happy to arrange for your meals accordingly
Are other family members able to join?
Yes, they are. Please note that additional costs may apply for extra rooms
